Happy Tuesday!

Let me ask you a question.  Do you have days where you stand on top of the mountain and other days where you feel like jumping off the ledge?  You are not alone; this is life’s curve, and we must manage it daily.

Entrepreneurs especially have to manage their curves by the hour sometimes.  This is why only 50% of new businesses make it five years.

We all are pumped when the curve is high, but when the curve is low, we get frustrated, impatient, and looking for the ledge.

There will always be ups and downs in our business and personal lives, but how we handle and persevere will make a difference.

Do you have a well-defined, realistic process in place?  If you do, are you consistently focusing and working on things daily?  Does your team understand the process and company goals?

Things will come up that we can’t control, and there will always be outside noise trying to manage our space, but we must remember that as leaders, we need to focus on our plan every day, and if we can’t block out the noise, then we need to understand why?  A process, strategy, or goal means nothing if we don’t consistently develop a daily, weekly, and monthly routine that is helping to get the desired results.

When a lousy day arrives, and the curve is low, be assured that you can work through it, and tomorrow is a new day and game to go out and win.

Strategy — Process — Routine —  Habit — CONSISTENCY!

The process is what you do today and every day to become successful.
