Here is one definition of an accountability coach:  An accountability coach is a professional who works with you and your business to help develop new skills required for problem resolution and resource management.

 

Last week, my blog focused on results.  In addition to getting results, we all have to be accountable for our actions, both positively and negatively.  When we develop strategies and define a process, there has to be accountability for everyone that is part of the process. 

Too often, the key people involved only want to be accountable when goals are successful or the strategy works flawlessly.   You must follow the process, be accountable to get results and reach success in any goal, roadmap, etc.

 

RESULTS

DEFINE STRATEGY

CREATE THE PROCESS

DEVELOP A ROUTINE THAT IS A DAILY HABIT

BE CONSISTENT

BE ACCOUNTABLE!

 

Success is a journey, and different directions can be followed. Still, whatever those directions are, we need to be consistent and accountable and adapt as needed.
