• 53% people check email while driving
• 40% workers check email on average 40 times per hour.
• 67% people check phones while waiting in line.
• 75% people check phone while going to the bathroom
• 40% check email in middle of the night.
• 55% people check phone during dinner.
• 4,280 people died in one year while driving and texting.
• 1,152 people died in one year while hiking, walking, and texting.

Technology is not the problem! The problem is over consumption of technology we let happen!!
